Shipping and delivery
All orders are processed and shipped as soon as the order is confirmed. At Al-Rayes Lingerie, we deal with the orders submitted on the following principles:
a. Shipping and delivery options:
- “Three Speed”: Delivery within the city of Riyadh within 48 hours. The total fee is 15 riyals.
- “Three Speed”: Delivery within these cities (Jeddah / Medina / Dammam / Qatif / Al-Kharj / Unayzah / Al-Khobar / Dhahran / Saihat / Buraidah / Ad-Dalam / Anak / Ras Tanura) within a period of (2 - 4) working days, in total. The fee is 18 riyals.
- “Anywhere”: Delivery to all cities in the Kingdom within 2 to 5 days, the total fee is 26 riyals.
- “Aramex”: Delivery to all cities in the Kingdom within 3-7 working days, the total fee is 30 riyals.
- “Barq”: Express delivery within the city of Riyadh within 1 to 2 days, from 9 am to 5 pm, except for Friday holidays. The order is approved and confirmed by the customer to the representative at 10 am. If the customer does not respond to the representative’s calls within an hour, the shipment will be returned and the customer will bear the cost of delivery and return. The total fee for delivery is only 40 riyals.
B. Exchange and return:
- “Three Speed”: Receiving return shipments from customers within the city of Riyadh, a total fee of 15 SAR.
- “Three Speed”: Receiving return shipments from customers outside the city of Riyadh, a total fee of 18 SAR.
- "Anywhere": The return value and exchange value are calculated with a total fee of 26 riyals (according to our exchange and return policy, see the terms of exchange and return).
- “Aramex”: The return value and the exchange value are calculated with a total fee of 30 riyals (according to our exchange and return policy, see the terms of exchange and return).
C. Shipping times:
We would like to inform you that orders that arrive on Friday will be shipped on Saturday. This is because shipping companies have a holiday on Friday
Delivery and shipping services may be suspended during holidays and official events or a few days before them, which may delay the delivery of your shipment, so you must be alert.
Don't worry...we follow up on the status of your order with you immediately, starting with sending the order and providing you with your shipment information and the contact numbers of the chosen shipping company, as well as following up and tracking the path of the shipment until you receive it in your hands.
