Exchange and return terms


(1) General Conditions:

  • To be within 7 days from the date of receipt of the product
  • The product must be unused and in its original condition.
  • The stickers or tag have not been removed.
  • In its original packaging with all its accessories.
  • Provide a receipt or proof of purchase of the product.


(2) Products that cannot be exchanged or returned:

1- Corsets (all corsets worn under the body).

2- Underwear (panties), thongs, transparent belts.

3- Used, damaged, dirty products.

4- The product is not in its original condition when you received it.

5- The tag or stickers on the purchased item have been removed.

6- The product must not be in its original packaging or without its accessories.

7- Failure to provide a receipt or proof of purchase for the product.

8- The specified replacement or return period of 7 days from the date of receipt of the product has expired. The product cannot be replaced or returned at all.


(3) Method/Steps for Replacement and Refund

After ensuring that within 7 days from the date of receipt of the product and the existence of a receipt or proof of purchase of the product:

  • Mentioning 1) the product 2) the invoice/order number 3) the reason for the exchange or return
  • In case of replacement, it is preferable to choose a product with the same price or a higher price to be sent to you.
  • A customer service representative will contact you to complete the steps.


(4) Cancel the order:

You can cancel your order by contacting our website [email protected]

  • In case of non-shipment, the order will be cancelled after confirming the shipping status without any costs.
  • In case the shipment has been made, the shipment will be cancelled after deducting the shipping amount from the invoice value and the amount will be refunded using the same payment method.
  • In the event that the customer receives the product and requests its return and cancellation of the order, a representative will be sent to receive it and examine it to see if it meets the conditions for replacement and return (1) and the reason is a defect or problem with the product, the amount will be refunded using the same payment method - but in the event that the reason for the return is any other reason, the amount will be refunded after deducting the shipping amount from the invoice value and using the same payment method.
  • In the event that the customer receives the product and requests its return and cancellation of the order, a representative will be sent to receive it and examine it. If it becomes clear that it does not meet the conditions for replacement and return (1), it will be sent back to the customer and he will bear all shipping costs.

- If the customer does not accept receiving the product, we have the right to dispose of the product after 7 days from the date of refusal to receive it.


Refund of amounts paid to the customer:

1- Orders paid by credit cards or bank transfer, depending on the customer’s desire to recover the amounts due to him.

It will be done by bank transfer or to the credit card account, and this will be within thirty (30) days from the date of arrival of the returned shipment to our warehouses.

2- When the customer requests to return products (replacement and return conditions (1) and other products that are not replaceable and returnable (2)), he can request a return of the amounts in the form of purchase vouchers that grant a discount on his purchases from our site in an amount equal to the value of the products that have been approved for return. An email will be sent to the customer with the purchase voucher code corresponding to the amount due to him.

3- When the customer requests to return products purchased with purchase vouchers, he can only request to return the amounts/vouchers due to him in the form of new purchase vouchers.

4- Refunds cannot be approved until we receive the returned product and inspect it.
